Polypropylene vials are available in laboratory and standard grade, both in clear and colors. The static dissipative and conductive vials have a polypropylene base resin.

(No Suffix)
The Standard Grade poly vial is mainly for general use and non-laboratory or non-sensitive applications.
ESD
Vials
ESD vials come in two different grades: Static Dissipative(blue) and Conductive(black) with a base resin of polypropylene.

Vials
(BAS)
The blue ESD protective vial has a surface resistivity of 108 to 1010 ohms per square inch. Static Decay rate is 5KV to 0KV, in less than 2 seconds.
Conductive
Grade
Vials
(CAS)
The black ESD protective vial has a surface resistivity of 103 to 105 ohms per square inch. Decay rate on conductive vials is 5KV to 0, in 200 nano-seconds.
Polyethylene
Vials
Polyethylene vials are available in a laboratory grade only. This includes both the regular laboratory grade vials and the neutron activation analysis grade vials.

The Lab Grade series is manufactured with polypropylene or polyethylene for lab testing conditions. Our lab grade polyvial is particularly suited for "Clean Rooms" and are designed for excellent chemical resistance in most packaging applications.

Available in two sizes: EP338NAA and EP290NAA. These vials are specifically manufactured for the neutron activation analysis industry. They have a thicker wall than the lab grade vials and are made with polyethylene.

No Suffix Standard Grade Polypropylene (clear):
The Standard Grade polyvial is mainly for general use and non-laboratory or non-sensitive applications.
BAS Blue Static-dissipative Polypropylene:
The

NAA Neutron Activation Analysis (Polyethylene):
Available in two sizes: EP338NAA and EP290NAA. These vials are specifically manufactured for the neutron activation analysis industry. They have a thicker wall than the lab grade vials and are made with polyethylene.
